Welcome to Software Solutions Inc.. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our wallet, card, exchange and payment services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date.

The Services are provided for your personal or business use in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, private keys and recovery phrases. Software Solutions Inc. never has custody of your private keys and cannot recover funds lost due to a compromised device or leaked recovery phrase.

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We may suspend access to protect your funds while we investigate suspicious activity.

Network fees for on-chain transactions are set by the underlying blockchain and are estimated in the app before you confirm a transaction. Software Solutions Inc. may charge service fees for card issuance, currency conversion and merchant processing, which are disclosed before you complete an action.

Cryptocurrency prices are volatile. We are not responsible for losses resulting from price movements between the time a transaction is initiated and when it confirms on-chain.

You may not use the Services for money laundering, financing of terrorism, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity and to report such activity to relevant authorities where required.

All trademarks, logos, software and content associated with Software Solutions Inc. are the property of Software Solutions Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a Service, with notice where reasonably possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Software Solutions Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including losses related to network congestion, third-party exchange outages or market volatility.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New York, NY.

We may revise these terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or through an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
